IMCO Group Secures $9.5 Million Order from U.S. Defense Company

IMCO Group (TASE: IMCO), a leading provider of advanced defense solutions, is thrilled to announce that its US subsidiary, Advanced Defense Technologies Inc. (ADTI), has received a substantial order from a US defense company. The order, valued at $9.5 million (approximately 35 million NIS), is for the production and supply of power management and harnessing subsystems. The systems will be delivered over the next 18 months.

This order is a follow-on order from a significant and strategic customer of IMCO Group, showcasing the confidence that major global defense companies have in IMCO Group’s expertise and capabilities. IMCO Group’s Defense Division, and ADTI as the Division’s business and manufacturing arm in the US, is continuously developing its manufacturing and quality standards to meet and exceed the high standards of its customers, which include leading defense integrators and armored vehicle manufacturers.

Headquartered in Baltimore MD, ADTI continues to strengthen its presence in the American defense market as a trusted sub-contractor to the US leading defense integrators, alongside its establishment as a key supplier to the Israeli government through U.S. Foreign Military Financing (FMF) funds. The recent order from a U.S.-based multinational defense company further solidifies ADTI’s reputation for providing top-tier, reliable defense solutions.

IMCO Group is a key supplier and a long-term partner of the Israeli Ministry of Defense’s Merkava and APC Directorate (MANTAK), playing a vital role in the development, supply, and support of advanced armored fighting vehicles such as the Namer and Eitan APCs and the Merkava MBT.

“We are deeply honored by the trust and confidence shown by our esteemed customer,” said Ariel Kandel, CEO of IMCO Group. “This significant order reaffirms the global presence of the group to provide our cutting-edge solutions to worldwide defense customers. The growth of ADTI is a key part of IMCO Group’s strategy to expand our group services, products, and  manufacturing capabilities around the world with a special focus on the US market.”
