We drive the Device & Connectivity Focus Strategy with two business models: one is for D&CG general distribution, another one is for D&CG domain verticals. To fully realize industrial 4.0 and capture new business from the field, identifying domain focus ecosystems is crucial, so we would like to introduce more people to Advantech’s SRP domain focus business model. To do this, Advantech provides a complete industrial level Edge AI solution and more importantly we constructed two kinds of business models to serve diverse AI requirements from the market. Firstly, we prepared a co-operative business model with precise marketing to enhance leads generation and TA engagement, with special product campaigns, and exclusive privileges to focus business promotions and protect marketing investments. The domain focus solution platform accelerates vertical market penetration and solution business development. All of these practices reflect the strategic programs and resources introduced by Advantech”.
Finally, as requested by local partners after the conference, there were further matchmaking arrangements setup for business discussions with more than 15 meetings scheduled with Advantech executives, local sales forces, and partners. Arrangements were discussed for resources, customized business models, and bespoke support to each partner.
