One-stop shop for industrial electronics developers

During a visit to the Swiss company’s headquarters in Nänikon, on 10 January 2017 representatives of Würth Elektronik eiSos handed over the Special Achievement Award to the Distrelec Group AG. For almost ten years now Distrelec has been a successful distribution partner for the supplier of electronic and electromechanical components, and last year made a particularly dedicated commitment to market WE products: no other sales partner anywhere in the world adopted so many new Würth Elektronik eiSos products into its portfolio. With its comprehensive range of over 5,400 Würth Elektronik eiSos products and a state-of-the-art webshop, the high-service distributor has excellently positioned itself as a one-stop shop for developers in the area of industrial electronics.

In 2016, Distrelec incorporated more than 2,000 additional Würth Elektronik eiSos articles into its product assortment, including new inductors, ferrites, capacitors, connectors, power modules and SMD spacers, with the result that there are now over 3,000 different passive components alone and about 1,400 connectors made by Würth Elektronik eiSos available directly from Distrelec’s stocks.
