IFS completes the acquisition of Mxi Technologies Ltd

IFS, the global enterprise applications company, today announced the completion of its previously communicated acquisition of Mxi Technologies Ltd (“Mxi”).

Mxi has established itself as the leading provider of integrated and intelligent maintenance management software solutions for the global aviation industry. Used by defense and commercial operators, third-party Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) companies, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Mxi’s software, support and services will continue to be offered as a best-of-breed solution, as well as integrated into IFS Applications as an enterprise-wide, end-to-end maintenance solution.
